Forgot your book or looking for the latest happenings? Guests of The Cloister and The Lodge may enjoy complimentary newspapers during their stay, available each morning (along with coffee and pastries!) in The Cloister Solarium and The Lodge Living Room while supplies last. Additionally, complimentary digital newspapers and magazines are available to hotel guests using the PressReader app.

Heated Pools Abound

Make a splash in the Sea Island Beach Club and The Cloister pools, which are heated to 82 degrees year-round! Or, if you are staying in a Cottage with a private pool, heating may be available to you for an additional fee. The excitement doesn’t have to stop when summer comes to an end. Our mild winters allow for exploration and fun in the sun all year!

Guest Shuttles

Need a lift during your stay? Take advantage of our complimentary, on-demand guest shuttles during your hotel or cottage stay. Shuttles are available 5 a.m. – 12:15 a.m. and run between all resort locations – The Cloister, The Lodge, Sea Island Beach Club, Sea Island Golf Club courses, and Sea Island Cottages.

To request a shuttle from a hotel or Beach Club, visit the bellstand. If staying in a cottage, please call Sea Island Transportation at (912) 638-5126.

Looking for a spot to host a small meeting, but also offer a spectacular view? Look no further than the Lumpkin Library at the Sea Island Golf Performance Center. Offering panoramic views of the driving range, St. Simons Sound, and the Atlantic beyond, this is perfect for up to 12 guests and may be booked by calling (912) 638-5119.

Dine Early or Late, with a Guaranteed Spot

We’ll let you in on a little secret – River Bar at The Cloister and Oak Room at The Lodge takes reservations between 5-6 p.m. and 9-10 p.m. Perfect for those with little ones looking to eat early, or those seeking a late-night snack!
