Sea Island Family Beach Red Run

February is Heart Month! Participate in this complimentary fun run along the shore with all of your family and friends. This is a great way to keep your heart in tip-top condition. The run will begin with an interval training warm-up for a stronger heart and will lead straight in to the run. Everyone that runs is a winner!
