Born in Madrid, Spain, Laura’s deep connection to the land began at her grandparents’ farm, where she learned the value of simple, well-prepared food. She honed her expertise in winemaking with a master’s degree in enology and viticulture, working across Spain, New Zealand, Chile, and finally Napa Valley. Laura’s experience includes time at prestigious wineries such as Cardinale, Lokoya, and Ehlers Estate, where she fell in love with To Kalon Vineyard. In 2023, she joined Robert Mondavi Winery, excited to contribute to the winery’s new era of excellence.
