The Cloister Wine Cellar

Deeply rooted in the food culture of Italy, the days preceding Christmas are considered “fasting days” thus developing the Feast of the Seven Fishes. This dinner travels through Italian and American vineyards to honor the traditional cuisine. Enjoy a seven-course meal with wine pairings brought to you by the Sea Island Chefs.
