Sea Island Movement Screening and InBody Analyzer
Understanding how to move efficiently is the key to correcting and preventing imbalances and injuries. Coupled with Sea Island’s InBody Analyzer, which is a full-body diagnostic assessment, you can see your health both inside and out.
Group fitness classes will begin promptly at the designated time. Participants will be counted as a “No Show” and waitlisted individuals will be granted access in their place if not present within 5 minutes of the start time.
Casual workout attire is acceptable and proper athletic shoes must be worn within the Fitness Center. Access to the Fitness Center is restricted to ages 16 and up. To view the full policy, click here.

Located at Sea Island’s Forbes Five-Star Spa, a short walk straight down the lush path from The Cloister main entrance (on your way to the Beach Club). Join us for a fitness class, personal training session, or a workout with state-of-the-art equipment in yoga, Pilates, strength, cycle, and cardio studios. Also features indoor heated lap pool, squash courts, steam and sauna, whirlpool, and cryotherapy.
