Join us for an upbeat class that focuses on enhancing a strong core while you also strengthen your lower back.

Group fitness classes will begin promptly at the designated time. Participants will be counted as a “No Show” and waitlisted individuals will be granted access in their place if not present within 5 minutes of the start time.

Casual workout attire is acceptable and proper athletic shoes must be worn within the Fitness Center. Ages 16 and up with Parental Guardian Release. To view the full policy, click here.
