Family Swim
Fitness Center
Join us for a family swim at the pool in the Fitness Center! The pool has a minimum depth of 4.5 feet and smaller children must be able to swim to enjoy this pool. We will have a lifeguard and an attendant on duty.
This is not a drop-off service. All children will need to be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian at all times.

Located at Sea Island’s Forbes Five-Star Spa, a short walk straight down the lush path from The Cloister main entrance (on your way to the Beach Club). Join us for a fitness class, personal training session, or a workout with state-of-the-art equipment in yoga, Pilates, strength, cycle, and cardio studios. Also features indoor heated lap pool, squash courts, steam and sauna, whirlpool, and cryotherapy.
