Sea Island Team Member Housing

Sea Island is excited to announce the opening of new international employee housing in March 2025!

Available to all of the resort’s international team members, it is located on St. Simons Island minutes from the resort. The Sea Island shuttle provides daily transportation to The Cloister, The Lodge, and Sea Island Beach Club for workshifts and trainings. Accommodations include a quad setup for four team members, each receiving their own bedroom. Each unit features two bathrooms. These rooms are fully furnished and includes kitchen facilities along with a shared living room in each unit.

On-site amenities include complimentary cable and WiFi, a dedicated space for team member events, a game room/lounge area for socialization with other residents, computer stations, BBQ areas, communal laundry facilities, and security provided by Sea Island.

It is important for residents to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the code of conduct. All guests in team member housing are expected to read and sign the housing handbook. Failure to comply with these regulations and adhere to expectations may result in the termination of the individual’s visa assignment.
