Pointe Grand Apartments

These new 2-bedroom units, located within Pointe Grand Brunswick, are located 15 miles from Sea Island in the town of Brunswick. Accommodations at this complex include fully furnished, two-bedroom units (each bedroom contains two twin-sized beds, and linens are provided), shared bathroom, living room space, and in-unit kitchen and laundry. The apartments are equipped with keyless entry (door code will be provided), one set of bath towels, dinnerware, and basic cooking essentials. Roommates are typically paired by home country, gender, and arrival date – ensuring a culturally familiar and comfortable living arrangement for all residents. Room moves after assignment are not permitted.

Community areas at the complex include an indoor gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and a clubhouse. The apartment complex is located near several shopping plazas, grocery stores, and restaurants. Residents at Pointe Grand Brunswick may utilize the Sea Island shuttle, which provides daily transportation to The Cloister, The Lodge, and Sea Island Beach Club. Additional amenities include free parking, complimentary WiFi, and cable hookup.

It is important for residents to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the code of conduct. All guests in team member housing are expected to read and sign the housing handbook. Failure to comply with these regulations and adhere to expectations may result in the termination of the individual’s visa assignment.
