Owl Prowl at the Sea Island Nature Center • Join our falconers to meet Sea Island’s owls. Learn what makes them the best nighttime predator and dissect an owl pellet. • Monday and Saturday, March-April and July-August, 3 p.m. • $45/person Raptors and Reptiles at the Sea Island Nature Center • Meet various birds of prey and reptiles with a naturalist and falconer. • Monday, March-April and July-August, 11 a.m. • $65/person Falconry Meet and Greet • Get up close and personal with our raptors and resident falconer. Learn how Sea Island continues the ancient art of falconry. Participants will have an opportunity to handle a raptor. • Days and times vary based on availability. • $45/person The Falconry Experience at Broadfield • October 15-March 31, join a half-day outing and witness nature’s fastest animal, the peregrine falcon, in pursuit of gamebirds and a Harris hawk chasing bobwhite quail and eastern gray squirrels. • $375/person, 2-person minimum, $100/each additional person.
